- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto de fecha 18 de marzo de 2009 proferido por el Juzgado Dieciséis Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, en el cual se declara la nulidad de todo lo actuado en el proceso de tutela iniciado por Jorge Orlando Guevara Alvarado contra el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad - DAS.
- Segundo. REMITIR al Juzgado Dieciséis Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, el expediente de la referencia para que, de forma inmediata, continúe con el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado, conforme a las previsiones del artículo 86 de la Constitución Política y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, comuníquese al Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Civil, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aquí resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
